"I’m blown away by how well BDC has taken care of my family and me for the last few years. I was pretty apprehensive about going to a new dentist for the first time in 20 years (after recently moving to the area), but I have received above and beyond the best care I could hope to receive from Dr. Schrubbe and his team.
Just one example of Dr. S’s commitment to excellence: I was biting into some food on a Saturday night at 9pm and somehow broke a 7-year-old crown off of a tooth that left me in a lot of pain, and unable to easily eat or drink anything. at 11pm I left a voice mail at the office, and at 9am on that SUNDAY morning, he personally called me and let me know I could come to the clinic any time that day to get a temporary cap put on that would hold me over until he could fit me into the schedule to put a permanent crown on. I came in later that day and he singlehandedly had me back out the door and pain-free with a temporary crown in under 45 minutes.
That was a 15-hour turn around time, including 8 hours of sleep and on a weekend... you can’t top that kind of service for just about anything, especially minor dental surgery.
I’m so glad I’m a patient here! I can’t recommend this clinic and Dr. Schrubbe highly enough. I wish I could give them 6/5 stars."
